'AC Magnum'. 'A' was for Anthony Relph (later of REga), 'C' was for Colin. AC Magnum were a range of high performance pre-amplifiers and powerful Mosfet power amplifiers, heavily biased to A.

These amplifiers are often found going strong today, and are capable of driving the most difficult loads (including large Apogee ribbons and in one case, being used for arc welding). More images can be found here: Link.  EWA FAQ here.
